This is another Mr All Sorts. It’s apparently from the London Palladium, but I think this man talks a lot of shit. You’ll see him swigging lager outside his shop just off Essex Road sometimes with his son – his mirror image. I too swig lager and talk shit – so I know it’s true.
I found an empty packet of Malteasers and a pin from a kilt in this chair. Originally I bought some Ikea fabric for it but went off it on the journey home. And so it sits naked in my basement until the appropriate cover can be found. I intend to have this one complete by christmas!
Started this chair in early October but am only spending one day a week working on it. The back will be upholstered using modern materials – the seat will be traditional. I will sell this chair.
